A gastronomic stopover in the ricefields of Ubud
Terracotta is a refined and elegant restaurant. On the menu, do not miss the famous ‘rice table‘, this famous recipe from Java and popularized by the Dutch (they call Reiztafel or Rijsttafel), which consists of rice and a myriad of small prepared dishes made from meat, fish, vegetables, fruits and various spices. An experience in itself, served in our private and romantic bale in the middle of ricefields!
‘A la carte’, the curious will choose to lose themselves in the exotic names of the Indonesian dish, varied and original, that alongside a selection of international dishes for palates more ‘academic’. All are prepared with ingredients fresh natural, mainly from the farm near Bedugul or directly from the village of Lungsiakan. A wide selection of wines from around the world will perfectly complete this meal, or be a single tasting, sofas on the terraces. Breakfast and ‘tea time‘ are also served at other hours of the day.
